Project Executive
Megan Carr, Project Executive, joined I-Grace in 2019 and oversees the East Coast Service and Maintenance Team. From supervising the team of Project Managers and field personnel to planning and coordinating multifaceted repairs in occupied homes, Megan is involved with every phase of a project’s execution.
Megan began her career as a junior designer but pivoted to focus on high-end residential projects. Megan spent the first 20 years of her career at CS Architecture cultivating her expertise in high-end residential construction and managing a variety of complex projects.
Prior to joining I-Grace, Megan notably acted as the Project Manager for the ground-up construction of a 30,000 SF, 12.5 acre, Sasco Hill Road Estate in Fairfield, CT, overlooking the Long Island Sound. Megan also oversaw the conversion of a commercial building 9001in Greenwich Village to six, 3,000 SF high-end condominiums.
At I-Grace Megan uses her talents managing the Service & Maintenance Team and a seemingly endless number and variety of projects. Megan particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of her work; learning from the field team, subcontractors, and subject area experts; and offering solutions to challenging projects at every turn.
Megan is a certified yoga instructor and in her free time enjoys standing on her head and riding in friends’ boats, although not concurrently. Megan received a Bachelor of Science from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
