He is also responsible for managing and supporting the field team.
“Collaborating with talented Architects, Designers and skilled tradespeople inspires me everyday.”
He discovered his passion for architecture when a local architect visited high school and gave his class a presentation on career day. He went on to graduate with honors from the renowned Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York with a Bachelors of Architecture. Christian took his passion and education and began to work with various prestigious architecture firms such as Zimmer Gunsul Frasca, HKS Architects and Johnson Fain, on high caliber projects in California, Guam, Palau, Canada and Barbados. These project types ranged from hospitality, institutional, commercial, laboratory, religious, athletic, cultural and more.
After successfully overseeing the design and construction of the iconic Country Club at Sandy Lane in Barbados, Christian and his wife established Mangrove Enterprises, Ltd (MELtd), a boutique architecture and design practice based in Barbados where for almost ten years, they managed the design and construction for some of the Island’s finest residences and residential communities.
