Project Executive
Brad Butler’s interest in construction began early while growing up in a re-gentrifying neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a young man, Brad held multiple summer jobs between school sessions ranging from landscaping to building running tracks and tennis courts—all of which helped to further develop his interest in the construction industry.
“It’s an honor to keep the skill and joy of fine craftsmanship alive.”
After graduating with an MFA from Pratt Institute in 1985, Brad began working as a carpenter and later moved into a project management role for a local New York City real estate development firm. In 1994, he began working in high-end retail construction as a project manager. While he worked primarily in New York City, he managed projects across the Eastern United States and the West Coast (including Las Vegas and Los Angeles).
Brad joined I-Grace in 2004 as a Project Manager, a transition that brought him into the high-end residential construction market in New York City. Brad has been working with a host of different architects, engineers and designers all dedicated to building some of the finest homes in New York. His broad range of projects consist of townhouse renovations, conversions of double wide town houses, and high rise apartment and penthouse renovations that include roof deck and landscaping work.
