Project Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of a project including schedules, budgets, trade awards, change orders, work scopes, buyouts, reviewing client and subcontractor requisitions, running project meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing the relationships with the client and architect/designer; daily management of all aspects of a project, including financial, schedule and quality management. College degree in a related field preferred. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office Suite including MS Project and Excel. Proficiency in Timberline is a plus.
