Our Service & Small Projects division offers a comprehensive suite of residential services including ongoing maintenance and repairs, small remodeling projects, and 24-hour Emergency Response, 365 days a year. With our expert knowledge and our strong relationships with highly skilled tradesmen, we are equipped to handle any residential need – from plumbing emergencies, HVAC system upgrades and custom preventative maintenance programs, to re-finishing a floor, painting several rooms or renovating a kitchen, bath or dressing room. These small projects – requiring the I-Grace touch, but not necessarily the full complement of services – often have leaner staffing requirements and lend themselves to fixed price or stipulated sum contracts.
We understand the level of care an occupied residence requires and have extensive experience properly protecting and securing discrete areas of a home. We are sensitive to the fact that Clients and their belongings are often in residence while work is being performed and remain committed to discretion and security to ensure minimal disruption.
Our team can handle anything from the simplest household request to a full-scale renovation project, allowing our Clients the convenience of having to make just one phone-call to have any residential need addressed.
Our ability to offer a bundled set of services can also lead to increased efficiencies. Our Professional Services Group can provide permitting, design facilitation or architectural coordination services, while our Custom Interiors division offers architectural woodwork packages and custom cabinetry. These integrated offerings can be purchased on an a la carte basis to accommodate tight schedules while ensuring the most rigorous standards of quality are met.
