Gary Bielins, Director of Operations in our Service & Maintenance division, began his career in the construction industry as a teenager, working part-time as an assistant carpenter for Clark Construction in NYC. Eager to learn about the business side of the industry, Gary enrolled in Baruch College where he earned his Bachelor degree in Finance in 2002.
In 1999, while attending Baruch, Gary joined The I. Grace Company as a Field Laborer. Gary's hard work and passion allowed him to quickly rise through the ranks of the firm. He has held a variety of positions in both the office and the field, which has given him a broad base of knowledge and experience, and led to his current executive role.
Since joining I-Grace, Gary has overseen the planning and construction of various small to midrange high-end interior projects in Manhattan and Greenwich, CT. Many of the projects Gary has worked on have been located in the most prominent buildings in NYC, and he is known for his discretion and ability to build trusting relationships with high-profile Clients. As Director of Operations in Service & Maintenance, Gary has managed the servicing and ongoing maintenance of nearly one hundred different residences throughout the Northeast.
Gary and his wife, Diane, live in Glendale, Queens with their twin daughters, Kaitlyn and Khloe.
