We are pleased to announce a new I-Grace division: Service & Small Projects. Formerly two separate divisions – Service & Maintenance and Small Projects & Alterations – this consolidation has made it easier to schedule work, share resources and take advantage of the expertise of our personnel. The Service & Small Projects division will continue to offer a comprehensive suite of residential services including ongoing maintenance and repairs, small remodeling projects, and 24-hour Emergency Response, 365 days a year.RECENTLY PUBLISHED!
We are excited to share that one of our projects was recently featured in Designer Kelly Wearstler’s new book: Rhapsody. The dramatic redesign of this Soho apartment was overseen by I-Grace Senior Project Manager, Brad Butler, and incorporates many unique elements for which the Designer is well known.
